This chewy cookie is a close cousin to our Chocolate Chunk English Toffee cookie in terms of the texture, but the flavor is truly unique. The cookie dough has a wonderful blend of toasted macadamia nuts, white chocolate chunks and craisins, which are dried cranberries. The sweetness from the white chocolate chunks and the tartness from the dried cranberries is such a wonderful, unexpected combination. When we sample these cookies we always change the minds of those few customers who could not imagine this combination.
