We love sweet potatoes, sweet potato pie, sweet potato muffins, and our ever popular sweet potato cheesecake. This cheesecake is loaded with stove (ASK KIM__OVEN?) baked sweet potatoes, so as not to loose all of the flavor and juices in boiling water. We puree the sweet potatoes then add spices and Neilsen-Massey's finest Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract. To finish it, we add a lattice of vanilla whipped cream dusted with nutmeg.
