This truly is a labor of love, as customers can see through our kitchen, watching the pastry team zest 40 lbs of lemons at a time. The only way we have been able to produce such a yummy lemon curd is to freshly zest and juice lemons. There are no short cuts for us, but here we truly wish there were. We add lemon juice and zest to our vanilla cheesecake, topping this cheesecake with our homemade lemon. Some of our British customers have stated that it is the best lemon curd that they have ever, which is the biggest complement that we can receive on our lemon curd.
