It took much effort to finally get our shipping down to a science. Many of our friends were willing to be the guinea pigs. We shipped in perfect shipping conditions (on a perfect fall day or in the middle of winter) and we shipped in the hottest conditions to the furthest point. My friend Tanya took a picture of the first cheesecake that we shipped to her Chicago office in a styrofoam shipping container that we no longer use. She said the White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl cheesecake tasted great, but the picture spoke for itself. What a mess! We got all of the kinks out and have been shipping with wonderful success. So, as they say in Australia, "No worries."

How is the product packaged/protected for delivery?
All items are carefully wrapped and packaging is sealed to ensure your order will arrive fresh and tasty.
What are the delivery/shipping options?
We ship throughout the United States, FedEx two-day, which is standard. If requested, we can ship for next day delivery at an additional cost. There is an additional fee for shipping on Thursday for Saturday delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary according to weight and location. You can calculate shipping before you place your order.
Are there any areas you cannot deliver to?
Due to hot weather conditions at certain times of the year in some parts of the United States, we must ship for next day delivery only, at the customer's expense. This is to insure that the product will arrive in the best condition. If this is the case, the customer will receive a personal phone call from Sweet Jazmines with the amount of additional costs that will have to be added to their purchase.
How far ahead should I place my order for regular items?
Order your items one week in advance. This gives us enough time to do the baking and shipping. Orders will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday. Two-day delivery is used unless next day delivery is requested by the customer or recommended by Sweet Jazmines because of hot weather.
Will the cheesecake need to be defrosted when it arrives?
Our cheesecake is frozen when shipped, but will be thawed when it arrives. If it will be consumed within the next few days, take it out of the styrofoam container and refrigerateor it. If it will NOT be consumed within three days after its arrival, it is best to freeze it, then move it to the refrigerator the night before consuming. Leave the cheesecake in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it. Our cheesecake is best enjoyed when chilled.
