Cranberry Orange Muffins

When people think of this muffin, they think of the fall and flavors that are dominant this time of year. Due to its popularity at our pastry shop we offer this muffin all year round. We take dried cranberries (craisins) and plump them up again by soaking them in a combination of hot water and 100% orange juice. Using plump craisins versus whole cranberries allows for a sweeter version of the cranberry to be present. If you don't usually enjoy cranberries or food with cranberries because they are too tart for you, give this muffin a try.
